One of the best things about being an adjunct law professor is all the bright young future attorneys I meet. What’s even better? Seeing them go on to become practicing lawyers.
Today I had lunch with a group of former students who went on to become prosecutors. (And I’ve said before that prosecutors are the attorneys I admire most! https://lnkd.in/gDdcWiXS)
My class was a tiny bit of their legal education, but I couldn’t be prouder to see what a sharp bunch of lawyers they turned out to be, or the direction they steered their professional careers.
Thanks to Nell Christensen for organizing the group, and to John Sandoval, Marie Froehlich, Wendy Lin, Feliz Susanna Arana, Esq., Alexander Provan, Chase Christensen, Kate Groesbeck, and Kassandra Acosta for taking the time to tell me about the important work they are doing today.
The Clark County District Attorney’s Office is lucky to have them, and William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas can be proud of graduating them.
